Fly - in to the Prawn Shack 


The Prawn Shack has been a legend for donkeys years. Situated on the Amatikulu River Lagoon 110km from Durban The Prawn Shack is a rustic venue, among the sand dunes and walking distance to the beach. The dress code is very casual, but really anything goes – this is a place to chill, unwind and have a load of laughs with your friends…its an amazing place for taking one of those long lazy lunches. Check out our special offer.

What we're introducing is a fly-in to The Prawn Shack. Departing from Virginia Airport we take you on a helicopter flight along the coast and land on the beach at the Prawn Shack. You can then walk up to the restaurant and have that long lazy lunch with no worries about driving home. When you've finished and maybe had a walk on the beach we fly you home.

The menu is R 185 per person for the seven course menu. the bar bill is for your own account.
