Flavours of India: Basics of Indian Cooking

The 2nd in our series of cooking classes, we are delighted to collaborate with Niru's Food. Together with Niru, we have designed a class that will teach you some of the best basic Indian dishes using a selection of The Spice Emporium's authentic spices and products. With over 20 years of cooking experience, Niru will demo a series of classic staples and will also be available to answer all your questions you may have about cooking Indian.

In this class we will cover the following items:

- Authentic Indian Chilli Bites
- Potato Casserole using Niru's blend of spices
- Mugh (Green Mung Bean Curry)
- Butter Paneer
- Perfect basmati rice, using The Spice Emporium's onion & rice spice
- Atta Roti: how to make the perfect roti every time

All items showcased will be available to taste during the class. Each attendee will also receive a recipe booklet to take home, as well as a shopping list to make sure you have everything you need to make the dishes you've just learned about.
