Coriander & Chili Vetkoek Bites.....
Golden Cloud
INGREDIENTS
500 g Golden Cloud Vetkoek Mix
1 ½ cups luke warm water
3 red chillies chopped
½ tsp chilli powder
½ cup chopped dhania (coriander)
½ cup chopped onion
Oil for deep frying
INSTRUCTION
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Add the water and form a soft dough.
Roll out onto an oiled surface 1 cm thick.
Cut into round shapes.
Place these shapes onto a well oiled baking tray and leave to rest for 20 – 30 minutes.
Spoon one by one into 170˚c oil and cook until golden brown (you will need to turn them).
Place onto absorbent paper to drain.
Eat as they are or fill them with your favorite savoury mince!
