Craft Comedy #11 at Republik

When: Sunday March 5th 6PM - 11 PM

HEY YOU! GET EXCITED!

We are so THRILLED that it feels like Zombie Michael Jackson could jump out of nowhere at any given moment and start moonwalking up and down our street! *Looks out window again*

We are hosting the first Craft Comedy of 2017 at Republik, and have secured an extra special line up that is sure to suit all moonwalks of life. On the bill we have:

CARVIN GOLDSTONE (DBN) (HOST)
One of Durban's most loved and relished comedians, we are happy to bestow the running of the show to this incredible act. Recently nominated for a Comics Choice Award for Comedian of the Year (an award won by Trevor Noah in previous years), Carvin Goldstone's no swearing style of humour is not only brilliant, but relatable across all ages and races.

ALFRED ADRIAAN (JHB) (HEADLINE)
He has been nominated not once, but TWICE for a prestigious Comics Choice Award (it's like the Grammy's of comedy awards in South Africa). Alfred has a cheeky smile and he is not afraid to use it! He describes himself as "a well-rounded comedian with a friendly disposition"... We describe him as hilarious and that's it! Come and see for yourself.

MOJAK LEHOKO (JHB) (SUPPORT)
His comedy could be regarded as observational and spontaneous, with a knack for identifying the humour in even the most “dire” of circumstances. His ability to adapt to diverse audiences has allowed him to perform at comedy clubs all over South Africa.

And if the line up wasn't BEEFY enough, we are STOKED to also feature:
CARL JOSHUA NCUBE (ZIM)
NKOSINATHI MAKI (CPT)
And maybe one or two others just to be sneaky ;)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
• Doors open at 18:00 - Show starts at 20:00.
• Entrance: R50 (Cash/Card/Zapper/Quicket)
• Table bookings essential.

See you there!
